Die Q-Lichtsteuerung bildet in Haus oder Wohnung immer ein eigenes, sogenann-
tes Mesh-Network. Hierbei vernetzen sich alle Q-Leuchten in den unterschiedlichen
Räumen und Etagen und übertragen bzw. reichen den über die Q-Fernbedienung
ausgelösten Befehle an die entsprechenden Q-Leuchten weiter. Dadurch wird die
Reichweite der Q-Fernbedienung erhöht und der Empfang, welcher durch Gebäude-
gegebenheiten gestört werden kann, verbessert. Das Mesh-Network der Q-Leuchten
ist unabhängig von WLAN-Routern und funktioniert auch ohne Internet-Verbindung.
The Q lighting management system always forms a dedicated so-called mesh
network in the house or apartment. In this process all Q light fittings in the different
rooms and on the various floors convey / pass on the commands issued via the
Q remote control unit to the relevant Q lights. In this way the range of the Q remote
control is increased and the reception, which can get impaired by features of the
building, is improved. The Q lights’ mesh network is independent of any WLAN
routers and works with no Internet connection too.
